This semester I’m enrolled in my teaching practice course. The course has as a requirement an electronic portfolio. The electronic portfolio serves as a medium for us to expose our work done throughout the semester and for our practice supervisor to see and evaluate the work we’ve done. The information that it has should help me with the organization and also to realize that becoming a teacher is hard work. This portfolio is also available to future English teacher and it could help them visualize the future work that they will complete during their experience in the practice teaching.

In this portfolio you will find some valuable information that I considered to be important to share and a glimpse of the work I’ve done. This portfolio is going to include some examples of my lesson plans and evidence of my teaching experience such as: videos and photos, the TWS (teacher work sample) and the thematic units. Also you’ll find weekly reflections of my experience as well as my teaching philosophy and some personal data. I want your experience with my blog to help or inspired you in the journey that is the teaching profession.
